The principle of steam sterilizer
The damage to the cell wall and cell membrane and the effect of heat on nucleic acid can lead to the death of microorganisms, while the moist heat mainly causes the coagulation of microbial proteins and leads to their death. The pressure steam sterilizer is designed using the principle of moist heat to kill microorganisms. The advantage of using moist heat sterilization is that steam has a strong bactericidal effect, which can increase the water content of bacterial protein, make it easy to coagulate due to heat, and accelerate the death process of microorganisms.

Classification of steam sterilizers
Traditional sterilizers, also known as steam sterilizers, can be divided into portable sterilizers, vertical pressure steam sterilizers and desktop (horizontal) pressure steam sterilizers. Due to the gradual promotion and application of various precision instruments and equipment, these equipment often cannot withstand high temperature and cannot be sterilized by high temperature. In order to solve this problem, various low-temperature sterilizers are gradually produced.

How to use the steam sterilizer:

1. Remove the outer packaging
2. Correctly place the sterilizer. For sterilization to work properly, the sterilizer must be placed on a solid, level surface.
3. Add 3.5L of water to the sterilizer, and an appropriate amount of water must be added after each application to avoid burning the electric heating tube due to lack of water.
4. Put the prepared items to be sterilized into the sterilizer. There should be a gap between the bags to ensure air penetration. Cover the well and tighten the screws.
5. Check the power supply type and make sure it matches the specifications to be used. Then plug one end into the plug of the sterilizer and the other end into the power socket.
6. Pay attention to the pressure indication or temperature indication of the pressure gauge. When the steam pressure rises to about 0.165Mpa, the safety valve will work automatically. When the pressure drops to about 0.142Mpa, the safety valve will automatically close to maintain constant pressure.
7. After the sterilization is over, first unplug the plug and stop heating. Then turn on the steam release to release the steam, and you must wait for the pointer of the pressure gauge to return to zero before opening the cover to discharge the remaining steam.
