YG369S Single Fiber Thermal Shrinkage Rate Tester

The YG369S Single Fiber Thermal Shrinkage Tester is a specialized instrument for determining the dry heat shrinkage of chemical fibers. Its testing process complies with the FZ/T 50004 standard.

The YG369S consists of a fiber measuring station, sample carousel, optical length measuring device, and computer control system.

After setting the operating parameters and mounting up to 36 fiber samples onto the carousel, the operator simply clicks the [Measure] button to initiate the automatic process: pre-heating (or boiling) length measurement, sample heating (or boiling), and sample conditioning. Clicking [Measure] again triggers automatic post-heating length measurement, and clicking [Save Data] generates the test report.
