Tow cooling is so important process during Staple Fibre producing. Cooling condition is a determining factor for filament solidification. Cooling down the tow from circular, because the cooling air can blow uniformly from circular to center of the tow, and also the cylinder and tow are very close to each other, the use efficiency of cooling air is very much improved.
