The PS-328/410/500 Manual Spinneret Inspection Microscope is primarily used for the inspection and measurement of various spinnerets, spinneret caps, and spinning heads. This model is specially designed for inspecting staple fiber spinnerets with diameters of Φ328mm and Φ500mm.
The instrument is equipped with an X-axis moving stage and a rotary center platform. It utilizes a zoom monocular microscope incorporating unique stray light suppression and a large depth of field technology. This results in clear imaging, strong stereoscopic perception, a long working distance, and a wide field of view.
