Polyester Solid Staple Fiber Production Line

The polyester staple fiber production line uses virgin polyester chips, recycled bottle flakes, foam materials, and polyester blocks as raw materials. It adopts continuous drying (or intermittent drum drying), high-pressure melt spinning technology, and a frequency-conversion-driven spinning and drawing integrated process to produce regular-strength polyester staple fiber, high-tenacity low-elongation fiber, and three-dimensional hollow polyester staple fiber. The production capacity of a single line ranges from 15 tons per day to 80 tons per day.
